Joe Estes serves as Senior Financial Advisor, Executive Director, and Director of Technology Investments for Tamar. As a Series 65 licensed advisor, he combines wealth management expertise with a distinguished background in software architecture and technology leadership, providing unique insight into the companies and innovations shaping tomorrow’s economy.
Prior to joining Tamar Securities, Joe led mobile development at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). He earned an MBA from the University of Redlands and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Cal Poly Pomona. Passionate about financial education, Joe has also served as an Information Systems professor at the University of Redlands, teaching Financial Technology to MBA candidates.
