Frank Parks has served as a Senior Financial Associate at Tamar since 2010. He brings more than three decades of experience in financial services.
Frank began his career in the financial industry in 1987 with Dean Witter Reynolds before continuing at Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. In 2003, he joined The Oppenheimer Group alongside Amit Stavinsky, further expanding his experience serving wealth management clients.
Frank earned a master’s degree in communication from the University of Maryland in 1981 and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He is also licensed to offer life insurance products in the State of California. Since joining Tamar, Frank has remained dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial goals through personalized guidance, industry expertise, and long-term relationship management.
